Atul finally noticed

hey guys..in the very first scene when Armaan was holding Ridz
every intern was looking at their patient except Atul.he was looking
straight at them but stil he couldnt get whatz between them. so
sad ya...

oh my god! this is the worst part in DMG! In some episodes it was shown that Keerthi is understanding there is sumthing btw Armaan-Ridz, at some times Padma seems to understand and finally Rahul.... They all notice it for just an episode and forgets in very next episode.. Disgusting !! 🤢
