i wanted to post this interview instead woh ho gaya....here is the rite one..--
though it is an old one..just thought to share it..!
Karan Grover - (Dr.Armaan Mallik)
Q You said you got 20 kisses in the promos. Is there any addition to it?
A Sadly, there aren't anymore.
Q So that was only done to attract the viewers?
A Yes, I agree. They used me to grab viewer's attention.
Q From what we've seen in the promos, the two sisters are in love with you but who do you like?
A I get well along with Anjali but eventually I fall in love with Riddhima Gupta. So, this creates a rift between the two.
Q It's a medical show, so, you must have brushed your self with the requisite knowledge and skill?
A No question about it. For the first time, I got to attend medical workshops where they showed us how to use instruments, dealing with patients and all the dos and don'ts for a doctor.
Q So, have you begun to practice in real life too?
A Not at all. The only place we practice is at Sanjivani.
Muskaan Mehani - (Dr.Sapna Shah)
Q Do you treat your patients with medicine or your beautiful smile?
A I use both. Once you offer a smile, the patient happily consumes his/her medicines
Q Looking at the promos, it appears that 'Dill Mill Gayye' is more about the love stories of the interns than their profession.
A If we are just going to show the doctors and their patients, our viewers will get bored. We need to produce essential masala for any daily soap. After all, doctors too have the right to fall in love.
Pankitt Thakker - (Dr.Atul Joshi)
Q You were referred by Prem Kishen (Cinevistaas) as a pathological bathroom singer. So, how many songs are you required to sing?
A Every episode will have me sing at least two songs. My character has different kind of mannerisms as compared to the rest. Apart from singing, he's also very eco-friendly. He doesn't appreciate people who smoke. He's overtly concerned about pollution. So, he comes to the college on a bicycle.
Q What are the things that you've learnt by playing a medical intern?
A I've learnt that you inject a patient at an angle of 45 degrees. Also, once you're in the OT you can't scratch your hands or touch any part of the body.
Q So, are you beginning to practice in real life too?
A Untill now, I haven't. However, after doing this show, I can say that I've become a first-aid doctor
Sunaina Gulia - (Dr.Anjali Gupta)
Q Both you and Riddhima fall in love with Armaan. So, do you end up fighting with your sister?
A I don't need to fight with anyone because I think I'm the best and above everyone.
Q Above your father too?
A No. I respect him a lot and I want to be exactly like him.
Q Are you a playing doctor off-screen too?
A I've learnt so much from the show that I am quite confident now. In fact, the other day, my friend called me up and I prescribed a few medicines. She's recovered completely.
Shilpa Anand - (Dr.Riddhima Gupta)
Q Your elder sister appears very arrogant and dominating. So, do you face her brunt as well?
A Probably she has a mind of her own. She gets irritated with my approach and attitude.
Q Between the two of you, who's better at her profession?
A Both have their plus points. Ah! In fact, I get a minus as I get too emotional with the patients, which isn't a trait of a good doctor.
Finally, we spoke to Sanjeevani's real doctor Junaid Alam, who's been associated with the show from its first edition imparting medical knowledge to the actors. When asked whether he had a tough time teaching the new actors, he replied, "Not at all. We're teaching them the basic medical know-how. These kids have a knack of picking up things."
sanjeevani's real head is Junaid Alam..i did not knoe..
