Sorry if this has been posted already but doesn't Dr Sapna astonishingly resemble Amisha Patel?? My gosh, when I saw her I actually thought for a second that Amisha Patel was in Dill Mill Gaye! lol! Maybe thats why they gave this character a Gujarati background? 😊
