On a seriosu note, I don't think there is any such thing as true love, and it's all stupid nonsence that's been promoted a lot by the media and mainly capitalism. But yes if a thing such as love does exist then of course the emotion is way deeper than a few passionate hugs, pecks, silly fights, eye locks and dupattas.
If we're talking about AR then they might have been in love before but the current track and everything about it is not love. It's LUST.
