I agree and more than anything else, he needs to stop getting other people's help in his relationship. Do something yourself as opposed to constantly running to Armaan, or nowadays Shilpa/JP/Jiggy.
I'm sure she'd appreciate his own effort much more than the others' cooked up one. Didn't we actually see a proof of this? Armaan tried his hardest to unite them but nothing worked. What did work was Sid helping Riddhima out in the monsoon.

More importantly, I have a technical question. This party was postponed by a day, but if it hadn't been then what would have Sid done? What was his original party idea?
Oh and I get that the CVs don't have the money or the time to shoot separate party sequences. But the least they could have done was used a different wedding cake. I mean come on, Shilpa told him exactly how it looks, and what colour the icing and the flowers should be? Sheesh.

I don't blame him for taking Armaan's plan. he is not aware of it so he can't be blamed. Just like Shilpa.

What I do blame him for is the fact that HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!! With this he might have as well hired an event planner and tell them to plan the bday party. Why make such a fuss about it for days then come up with nothing on your own. He did everything Shilpa said.

Thank God this is addressed at least now!!! This has been bugging me from the day Sid was crying calling him a loser!!! Its sooo illogical to show that a grownup, educated, rich doctor can't organize a small b'day party for his friends!! There are event planners if he cant do it by himself!!
As far as I remember he organized his marriage alone...his parents were not there!! Sid talking about Ridhima to Arman is heights of insensitivity. Evenif Arman never expressed his feelings, its common sense yaar!!

I am not blaming Sid.....CVs are to blamed for this stupidity!!!

i wont say sid did a crime by asking advice from shilpa..neither did he ruin his wife's b'day party intentionally..bt it would have been better if he did sth for ridz on his own. as far as this b'day party goes..it was arman's idea all along..can only imagine how hard it must have been for AR.

I can't really blame Shilpa. Because Sid came to her for advise and she gave him the best idea she was aware of.

I can't blame Riddhima because heck one of her best memories was replaying in front of her with a different man. What is more horrible than this?

Can NOT and will not blame Armaan even for a second because I swear if It was me in those shoes I would lose all control. Not only was he having a hard time to begin with now he has to see the most SPECIAL day of his life replay in front of his eyes while a different man romances the love of his life.

But I will blame Sid.
Most of us (SR FANS) are irritated that Sid constantly asks for advise. That's not him. He only turned this way ever since Armaan played cupid. We hate this character.

He wanted to make Riddhima's bday special...what the heck!!!??? figure something out on your own. Where is the sincerity if you ended up executing an idea someone else gave you in exact details? I can't even call him the event planner on this. If I was Riddhima I would really walk away. Bechari is at least trying to smile for his sake.</font>

this is the first unbiased post! very well said
