See i agree, with what you mean by what we all though step 2 was, and Sid told her in his way he desires her, he wants to love her

But i want Pocu's theory it works better, something physical, passionate and intense, that stops mid-way, it could mean Sid romancing her neck passionately, leaving kisses eagerly (you know how you see in bollywood movies) - love bites 😉😆😆😆😆
