I think Shilpa might be Riddhima's step sisters, like both their dads are Karthik or w/e the guy's name is.

In that case they can make Jiggy as Karan bcoz Karan used to wear glasses and Jiggy wears them.....they can show Jiggy leaving bcoz Naina left and then the next day show Karan Paranjpe as Karan.......Shanky's kiddo.😆😆😆Shouldn't be a big deal if Shilpa can come back as Shilpa, Karan Paranjpe can come back as Karan right???

Apart from joke, since I did not watch this show from the beginning, I did not know all of these issues. Aww....Dr. Shanky is a real man🤣. Well, if Shanky has such history, CVS will make Shilpa too as her daughter for sure. And CVS show us all of Dr. Shanky's children.......lol. I want to see the second one first as well!!! May be she is born out of body heat incidence with a patient...i mean between Shanky & a random patient 🤣
