There is no voting for it...a lot of factors are considered and they get points based on that.

Like how many fans joined their fanclub that week
How many comments did they get in their fanclub
How many buzzes they got on the articles about them that week and this one plays a big role bcoz not everyone has articles published about them everyweek....
