Well I don't think they would ever bring Tammana back as a love interest because she left engaged to be married so if she ever returned she would come back married according to me 😳 so of course she is more than welcome to return 😛😆

It was a new day, Riddhima had entered Sanjeevni, she went to her cabin, she knew everyone was looking at her but she ignored it all and went to her cabin, it was her solace, all she wanted to do was look after her patients and then go, she didn't want to speak to anyone or see anyone especially after what had happened yesterday at the kite festival, with Sid's behaviour and then another woman calming him down, it was too much for her to handle.

She rested her head on her desk, she wanted time to freeze or go back to the times when she was happy with Sid, her honeymoon and the few days after, even though he had lied to his mom, their first date I guess having tea, talking, she wanted it back. She wanted her life, her normal about to be happy life with Sid back. Yesterday she left searching for him, all she could remember was Tammana's words saying keep him happy, but she had a thousand questions running through her mind, who was she? Why was she affecting Sid so much? Did he love her? Does he love her? She needed these thoughts to stop. She wanted to scream she needed to know. That's when it hit her, like a ton of bricks, this is what Sid was feeling when Armaan was back, but the only difference was that he knew about her and Armaan, but here she knew nothing. All she remembered was this pretty girl, had held Sid's hand, she was burning with jealously she couldn't and can't see Sid with another girl, any girl but her.

She sat there lost in her thoughts, she needed to speak to Sid because last night she never got a chance to she went to their penthouse, waiting for him to come, he came she knows that because when she woke up in the morning she had a blanket on her, as she fell asleep waiting for him on the couch. In the morning she was woken up but the closing of the front door, she remembered waking up and feeling empty, he didn't wake her up, he didn't say a word to her, he refused to even acknowledge that she was around. Sid please talk to me. Her thoughts were disrupted as her pager went of telling her to come to reception.

Sid was walked into Sanjeenvi he knew he was late but he didn't want to be in the house when Riddhima woke up, he knew he needed to talk to her but today morning was not the time, he rushed to locker room to grab his things and report to reception for duty. He was walking out of the locker room, where he bumped into Tammana. Ouch she said. Sid went sorry, she laughed and then carried on in, Sid knew he was late but couldn't help but ask her what she was doing here. She laughed and said I am back as an intern in Sanjeevni, today is my first day after returning, Dr Shashank was really sweet in letting me join again. Sid was shocked, then said you are back for good. She nodded and said Ankit has been transferred to work in India. Sid and Tammana left to report to Dr Kriti at reception.

The interns were waiting at the reception for Dr Kriti and wondering were Sid was, they were all like hurry up Sid, get here before Dr Kriti does. They saw Dr Kriti coming, then Riddhima was also coming, Armaan came as well all from opposite directions, then finally they saw Sid but he wasn't alone he was walking down with Tammana. Riddhima was shocked. Dr Kriti was about to ask about Sid when she saw him and Tammana walking down. Sid and Tammana both went sorry mam and she went its about time you both stopped your addat of coming late understand. They nodded. Those words by Dr Kriti stung Riddhima more than anyone realised, because she realised Dr Tammana was now an intern at the hospital but she felt like she no longer knew Sid, he was a stanger to her, she couldn't cope with it, internally she struggled with this battle. Armaan was thinking how insensitive Sid has become, how he can't see Riddhima's pain or anything he needs to speak to him.

She could hear Dr Kriti giving out cases, she knew there were three new emergencies in the hospital, she was handling one of them and then she heard Dr Kriti say Dr Siddhant and Dr Tammana you will be assisting Dr Riddhima with her case. She was shocked, she didn't know what to do or say, she was like how can she work with her husband and his ex girlfriend or whoever she was. She wanted to protest but the words didn't come to her. So as everyone was going off to do their duties, Sid and Tammana came up to her she had to turn around, she had to stop the tears from flowing. She started to walk and Sid and Tammana followed.

Riddhima started to let them know about the case and the complication with the patient, Tammana asked a few questions and Sid was there thinking I can't believe this is happening. Riddhima told them to start a few tests and she will be back in a moment. As Riddhima left Tammana laughed and said you haven't spoken to her yet. Sid was like no, but I will tonight and he tells her what he is going to do. Tammana nods to his plan and begins to check the blood pressure and pulse. Sid says Ms Puppy and Riddhima walks in hearing that and Tammana gives him evils and then laughs saying what? Sid says I have missed teasing you, now you are back I can't wait to annoy you. Tammana says don't worry they will all fail. Sid laughs just wait and watch Ms Puppy, just wait and watch. Riddhima could not believe this all she could see was that Sid was happy, he had missed this girl, had he loved her she wanted to run and cry when Tammana noticed her and told her that her and Sid have started some of the tests. Riddhima nodded. Sid felt uncomfortable because he knew Riddhima was hurting but he didn't know what to do, he excused himself on the pretext of taking a sample to the lab. Tammana not knowing what to do started talking to Riddhima about the patient, when Riddhima asked her do you love him? Tammana was shocked, then all she said was like talk to Sid, this isn't a matter for me to interfere in and she left from there. Riddhima laughed as talk to Sid, now that is easier said then done she thought, but all she knew was that she needed to speak to him, she needed to know where she stood in his life, all she knew was she wanted her answers and is going to go and get them.

Riddhima walked out of there, she went straight to the lab Sid was in there, she walked in. Sid felt someone was here, he ignored it and got on with his work. Riddhima walked upto him and said Sid. He heard the pain, and a defeat in her voice. He closed his eyes, he carried on working thing this isn't the time or the place. Riddhima put her hand over his hand stopping him from writing, she says look at me Siddhant, look at me dammit. He gives in and looks at her, she looks defeated, scared, lost, confused. Riddhima is about to speak when Armaan, walks in. He turns to leave but Siddhant leaves instead. Armaan looks at Riddhima, he wants to talk to her but instead he decides to follow Sid and talk to him, he needs to know how much he is hurting her.

I guess it is still a to be continued...
