We got Ridz get s phonecall from Armaan regarding a patient and Sid heard Armaan is on the phone and then saying you will keep this KC for not me but for Armaan

i doubt sid is ill, i saw the sceen now, to me looks like what you are saying is true, he judt wants to prove that they is nothing between them and for that he is being nasty to her. so she gtes fed up and goes away. he still belives she wants A and not him

Ok no one will talk about diseases now! Lets not think about what that majboori is.....maybe it was just a filler dialogue or something.
This scene was shown to let the audience know that Sid is not being mean on purpose or anything.I love how the Cvs are so careful with Sid's characterization.

I hope he's not ill. I really hope so.
