I definitely agree! The thing is, the films weren't just an inspiration for the youth, but parents as well. Because they were able to see and realize what applying too much pressure does to your child. I really hope CVs realize, that Dil Mil Gaye wasn't just any other ordinary show..there was a reason we all fell in love with it..and I hope they live up to their standards!

Agree with the concept of 3 idiots😳 It's an awesome movie..

But here the issue is totally different dear.. For the sake of her daughter's happiness, Shashank had already let Riddhima choose Armaan.. And it was Armaan and Riddhima's discredit that they couldn't end up together.. In the movie 3 idiots, Farhaan was always very keen abt his passion.. He never doubted it once and he failed miserably in Engineering.. But here, no matter how Riddhima's marriage happened, she already confessed that she has fallen for Sid.. Shashank saw her daughter's happy with Sid.. if Ridz would be crying 24x7 with Sid, before Armaan's entry, then it would have deffo made sense, that she can never be happy with her marriage..

Marriage is not a thing to be broken just like that.. An angry Ridz signing the divorce papers means nothing.. It needs actual strong reasons to get a divorce.. If u see the show 'Pavitra Rishta', the lead couple was given a time span of 3 months to sort out their marriage.. It was judge's dec.. Now what would u say, courts and Indian laws are again against the people?😕

Here Shashank's dec is perfectly alright.. Sid has already freed Ridz, but Ridz never went back to Armaan.. Which is a big hint itself that she's moved on from her past.. And if she can have a happy future with Sid, then why not going with that?

Parents only help us to make a right and proper dec when the child seems to lose it becoz of mental pressure or anger.. The situation is kinda very practical.. And in such cases, tell me, who u want to come up with help ? becoz there is no doubt that Ridzy has lost her brain due to the two men in her life.. ( acc. to her ).. So if not Shashank, who would have helped her?

O o forgot to say abt DDLJ.. That deffo can't be compared here.. Becoz the character of Kuldev ( I guess so ) is so insensitive and not at all like Siddhant.. Baldev's choice was wrong in that show.. So he had to bow down :D

Here we saw Sid has the capability of making Ridz happy.. Ridz never had to remember Armaan after her wedding.. :) this says a lot of how good a husband Sid is :D
