Does anybody know why did Dr. Atul and Dr. Anjali leave the show?

I am so upset and sad😭 that they left the show....... there chemistry was awesome and its was funny watching them fight....

i know i was really sad when sapna left too.... season one was really funny😃 season two is okkkkk but i hope armann ends up getting ridiz or i'll be really sad even though sid is nice and cuteee😳
