Second day in Sanjeevani..

Sis: Dr. Naina, you havn't advocated any medicine for the patient in ward no.20..

Naina: *came around again from her thoughts' it's been like this since morning.. she was thinking about Yuvi, what he would do now.. what if he had heavy work n all.. She got the writing pad from sis, wrote something n handed it back'* Sister, plz look into the prescription n proceed.. *walked away*

*A new patient, a football player who came with bruises out of getting knocked while playing' accompanied by his friend' The two young chaps were interested in Naina n the player was jabbering about his sportsmanship skills while his friend drooled over her' Naina treated the patient with the help of a nurse' n walked away' Getting into thoughts, thinking about a similar situation' that day too, two patients were treated for their wounds n hairline cracks coz' of a minor accident' It was Yuvi who treated them' The second time she went to check the patient as Yuvi was in OT with Shanky'*

Pat 1 : It's good to get wounded, if a doctor like you treats me' *Naina quickly examined him*

Friend 1: I never knew that hospitals are this beautiful' *looking at Naina.. Naina stared at him*

Naina : *looked at patient 1* You will be discharged tmrw' u are fit now' * n moved to the next patient.. another friend of his'*

Friend2 : *stood blocking her way'* why so soon, you should treat him until he is fully cured' *Naina walked past him' hesitated a little for getting nearer to patient 2.. though bruised heavily, his eyes shone which was displeasing for her' She braced herself n put on her stethoscope n started examining'*

Patient 2: ms. Pretty.. What is your name? *n was about to hold her wrist before she could react, a strong hand gripped the patient's wrist even faster than the patient whose hand was nearer to Naina's wrist' Naina comfortably moved behind him as usual, her Yuvi'*

Naina: Yuvi' *let out a breathe of relief n stood behind him, her one hand holding his shirt n she looked over the patient from behind his shoulder*

Yuvi : Maybe you would like to know my name.. I'm Dr. Yuvraaj Singh' *One eyebrow raised, though he seemed to smile, he looked scary n threatening' n his grip getting harder on the patient's wrist made the patient realize the warning*

Patient 2 : *blurted* I' am' *Yuvi let his hand free satisfied with those scared expression of the patient' his friends too backed quietly'*

*Yuvi completed the examination' n all the while Naina was gripping to his shirt n moving behind accordingly' now Yuvi took her hand n brought her to his side n took her away with his hand on her shoulder' He walked her to the fire escape' the moment they were detached from the outside world, naina dashed to Yuvi, hugging him' Yuvi's one hand rested on her head n the other hand wrapped around her caressing her n making her feel comfortable..*

Yuvi : it's alright.. I wont let you to stay in any difficult situation'

Naina : Hmmmm' *Both stood as such for some more seconds*

Yuvi : Tucked her hair behind' it's time for our duty' *Naina moved a little' He lifted her chin* You will be fine n safe with me, I promise' *kissed her forehead n Naina gave a pretty smile of contentment*

Naina again came out of her thoughts' It was yesterday night, she spoke to him n today, it's evening' She hadn't spoken to him once' Various reasons _ network unavailability, timing clash' She set silently to get back home'
