And it also makes you wonder ......has Shashankever really understood How Much Ridz was suffering without Armaan, the pain she was going through?? She has a right to lead her life the way she wants too and is capable of making decisions on her own!

Agreed too that it was Armaan's decision to leave but If Sahshank had Told Riddhimma the Truth in the First Place and she had got to meet him she wouldn't be soooo Fustrated and angry, angry at the world at herself at Everything!!

I know the same people will oppose Riddhima's actions again and again. But when you feel as helpless as she is right now, its difficult to keep your sanity intact. She does love her father a lot but she is so frustrated that time after time she has to TELL him what Armaan means to her and even then he is not understanding.

Also, after loving someone to this extent, people still expect her to move on with some other guy? Not possible. How can she ever love anyone more than Armaan after all this??


BTW, my post is not supporting 'love over family' because my parents and family mean the world to me too but what is happening with Riddhima right now is UNFAIR. It hurts to see no-one trying to help her.

i agree.. let her decide what she wants for the first time in her life for goodness sake...! everyone takes decision on her behalf..not fair... from her parents to her lover to her sister to everyone.. ugh!
i want somebody by her side.. and just listen to her.. a friend or a parent to understand her and not a "stranger" to barge into her life for no reason whatsoever or to tell her what to do to make "her" life happy..!

I would just say. Parents always want to see their kid happy in future. Coz of which they sometimes take such decisions which are hard for the kids. So the character Shashank and what he did is justified.

well,i agree..no parent would think that their children should suffer..their actions can be bit painful for the children some times..but i believe in the long run it will turn out to be good..i remember that i used to fight with my parents when i was a teenager..most of the things were done from my side out of immaturity..but now i realised they thought good and iam happy that they didnt let me go my way..

but still i am not saying that parents should always force on their children..there should be a mutual understanding..though shashank was not happy with armaan,when he knew her daughter was mad about her boyfriend,he sent her to look for him..it was armaan who was running away from her for some reason..and when she came back in an insane state whats he supposed to do?
