I've been watching all the DMG episodes, but I'm confused as to what exactly is wrong with Rahul? I remember seeing the baba scene, and then today suddenly they're talking about adopting? What is wrong with Rahul, why do they have to adopt? Is he sick?

During the baba scene we find out that Rahul has complications in becoming as father... that is why they were talking abt adoption..
