i missed 3 episodes last week, so im in no position to comment. but did catch up with the episode on tuesday and from all ur discussions, i got the gist of what happened.
from what i saw on tuesday, i'd say i cant find fault with abhi in his behavior with the other interns in any way. honestly, they have been taking the hospital and the profession as a joke. somebody needs to reign them in.and if it took abhi a dip in the pool to realize that, id say he take a few more of those. 😃
in the briefing session scene, i liked armaan and anjali's dialogs. the subtle stress on the fact that none of the interns ever misbehaved with a senior inside the hospital. though i suppose he forgot the strike, and the poster and all the other crap. and anjali was right in her comment, about this not being a dictatorship.. but overall, i'd say till now, abhi has not brought in personal grievances into his profession. in between, he had relaxed them. maybe because the interns succeeded in raising money in the concert, followed by his growing personal problems.. but now, he is the boss, and he shows it... and the fact that this is the biggest blow to armaan and the others ego is the icing on the cake for him. he doesnt have to do anything else to restore his lost pride. he has put them in their places.

nikki is a different issue. i do feel he is being a tad bit too harsh with her. had he been just personally aloof with her, and treated he like any other intern , it would've been fine. but he is being excessively harsh and rude with her. giving impossibly long night duties, expecting punctual reporting in the morning.. he is misusing his power where nikki is concerned. if u ask me, he need not do it at all. his personal detachment is enough of a blow to her heart.

P.S. im reserving my thoughts on the AR part for after the episode tonight..

Well said. You are right. Abhimanyu is unleashing his fury on Nikita .He will not detach himself. He will vent out his hurt feelings on her . An eye for an eye kind of a thing. 😕.....Abhimanyu cannot separate himself from Nikita - she is in his system. So, be it love or hatred. She has to be there.
