Yeah sometimes when you don't feel like considering your dad as ur friend and a person whom you can look upon or ur relationship is bad with him you tend to do such a thing !! Maybe later on he might just call him dad if his dad has reformed or reforms and Billy the dad will give a dialogue " armaan tumharey mooh say Dad sunney key liye taraz gaya tha !!!"😳

I totally agree with you Mira... 100%... He calls his dad Billy because like you said they are not very close and they share a casual relationship with each other... So Armaan finds it easier to call him by his name rather than calling him 'dad'... Seeing as he was pretty much non-existent during Armaan's childhood...Take Care
