For chemistry, I would have picked up Shweta Gulati... She shares a wonderful chemistry with Karan... I have never seen Shweta Gulati in other shows so I really can't say if she could be a good Riddhima with personality.... but for both looks and personality, my choice was and is Jennifer Vinget.... Jennifer Vinget could really portray a character of a bubbly, determined, innocent, adorable, strong girl just as Shilpa portrayed in Riddhima's character... in fact, I have already seen Jennifer doing roles with these aspects, so she could have been the perfect Riddhima after Shilpa!!

In this pic.. I could easily mistake her as a Riddhima..
