Hey guys. So I found some random articles. Please dont hit stones at your computer if you have read these before! (eeek oops) If you have read them, then apologies in advance. If not then please do enjoy and comment as well! Thanks alot.

Mr Super Cool

Karan Singh Grover

Karan Singh Grover aka 'Mr super cool' (courtesy Shweta Gulati) is a chilled out and easy going person. The hot and handsome Karan has girls swooning over his looks and his tattoos.

A Hotel Management graduate Karan was working at the Sheraton in Muscat when he suddenly thought of participating in the Gladrags Man hunt contest. From thereon, he started a career in modelling and today he is the heartthrob of television. The actor cum host doesn't believe in planning and prefers to live in the moment.

Karan has been seen acting in shows like Kasauti…, Dill Mill Gayee and now as a host on Zara Nachke Dikha. Over the years Karan has gathered a strong female fan base and is now riding high on the wave of popularity.

Tellychakkar met up with Karan to get an insight into his life.

You have mentioned that you are not really comfortable hosting Zara… and you are not used to a teleprompter. Do you find the job of hosting difficult?

I wasn't comfortable initially but now I am comfortable. It is a part of the game.
It is a lot of fun. It is like a vacation though it gets tiring at times. If I am happy doing something, I keep doing it no matter how tedious it gets.

How is Shweta Gulati as a co-host?

She is an awesome co-host and an awesome friend. She is a lot of fun. She is always supportive and helpful. We get along really well. I feel like I am paired up with a friend. It is really nice.

Many contestants from the boy's team in Zara… have repeatedly felt that the judges Malaika and Chunky give wrong judgments?

I don't think the judges are biased but the judge's job is a bit difficult. Whatever they feel, they mark accordingly. We have to stay calm, value and honour the judge's decision.

If one participant gets lesser marks than the other, the former tends to react in a negative way. If I was in their situation, I would have probably reacted in the same way. Logic doesn't really strike at that point of time. So I would say that the boys reacted like any other contestant would.

Would you ever participate in a reality show?

I am open to whatever comes along and when I feel like taking up something from the core of my heart, I take it up. I love dancing though. I am bad at following dancing instructions but when the dance is left on me entirely, I can dance really well.

How is it being brought up in Saudi Arabia and now living in Mumbai?

Living in Mumbai is a lot of fun. Saudi Arabia is a place where you should go only when you retire. Mumbai is completely different from the rest of the world. I am glad that I don't have to go there again.

Do you take advice from girlfriend Shradha Nigam who has been around in the industry for a longer time?

I do not take any decision before consulting Shradha and it is the same with her. After returning from every meeting, I have a chat with her. Whether it is a professional or a personal decision, we always consult each other.

Having a degree in catering, do you cook for her?

No, that is one of her biggest complaints. I don't get time to cook but I have promised her that I will soon cook for her. On the contrary, she has cooked for me a couple of times.

What are the qualities that your ideal wife should have?

She should be supportive and understanding. I am someone who needs constant support. She should also be a happy, easy going person. Basically, every quality of Shraddha is the quality that I look for, in my ideal wife.

Do you guys talk marriage?

Yes, we do but we don't have any such plans as of now. When we do, you will come to know.

Staying away from home do you miss your family?

Currently, my parents are living in Delhi. I speak to them on and off but I don't get to meet them very often. I just meet them once in a couple of months.

What do they feel about their actor son?

They feel very proud. My father is very excited about me. He surfs the net and most of the times, it is he who answers my fan mails. He tells me what girls are saying to me in the mail and when they don't like a particular shirt that I wore. More than me, he is excited about my profession.

Where do you want to head from here?

I want to do films. There are a few things in the pipeline which I can't talk about.

It is said that over- exposed television actors find it difficult to get a break in films.

That is something I have heard too but I have always come against all odds in my life. When I started my modelling and acting career, I was told that I don't have the 'boy next door' kind of look, my features are just too sharp, I am too muscular, I have tattoos, etc. But today I am here. The most difficult phase was when I was modelling. You see I am not really tall, so I used to be told that I have a sweet face and I should try acting rather than modelling.

Acting was difficult as at that time, I couldn't even speak Hindi properly. Most of my life, I was surrounded by Malayalis, Hyderabadis and Americans, so I had a different accent. I couldn't emote in Hindi. That made acting very difficult for me.

A concert in Dill Mill Gayye

"When the going gets tough the tough gets going", this popular adage has been adopted by the interns at Sanjivani hospital. Yet another challenge poses itself in the life of the interns in Dill Mill Gayye. Leaving no stones unturned to save Sanjivani from the financial crunch, the interns have placed all their hopes on one last resort; 'The Save Sanjeevani Concert'. Through this concert, the interns intend to raise money so as to pay off the accrued debt of twenty four lakhs through ticket sales.

There will be a performance of four songs and dance sequences. All the interns are geared up to put their best foot forward to save Sanjivani at any cost. However, the concert will not be easy for the interns. A few minutes before the performance, Dr. Rahul gets a message about his father being seriously ill putting him in two minds about performing for the concert. There are also beautiful moments around the concert when Dr. Shubhankar makes an attempt to confess his love to Dr. Keerti. Meanwhile Dr. Abhimanyu and Dr. Riddhima have a tiff while rehearsing for the concert and Dr. Abhimanyu walks away in the last moment refusing to participate.

The interns manage to put up a fabulous concert inspite of all the action, mishaps, injuries and trying moments happening backstage. Atul, whose dancing skills come as a surprise package performs with Anjali, Shubhankar with Keerti and Rahul with Muskaan on the song Jhoom Barabar Jhoom and is widely appreciated by the audiences. An injured Dr. Armaan saves the day for the interns by pitching into the act in the last moment and leaves everyone breathless with his performance on Tumse Hi with Ridhima. In the final song sequence all the interns do a group performance on the song Chak de.

This episode will air on December 24.

Karan is more practical than Dr. Armaan

The chocolate faced actor's current role of Dr. Armaan in Star One's Dil Mil Gaye has made Karan Singh Grover the heartthrob with females. The actor who holds a degree in hotel management decided to try his luck in the world of modelling after working as a Marketing Executive with Hotel Sheraton, Muscat for a year. It was in 2004 that Karan participated in the Gladrags Mr. India contest and bagged the most popular model award.

Then came television and he debuted with Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi. He then essayed a negative role in Kasauti Zindagi Kay and the rest is history. On the personal front Karan is seeing actress Shraddha Nigam and the couple is seen it all social dos.

The actor spoke about his dreams, desires and his love to Neha Maheshwri. Here is an exclusive:

What is the real Karan like?
The real Karan is very akin to Dr. Armaan from Dil Mil Gaye but a little more practical than him.

Can you tell us about your background?
I am born in the Kingdom of Saudi. I came to India in the year 2000 to do Hotel Management from Dadar Catering College, Mumbai. After completing my degree I went to Muscat where my family had shifted.

What are your likes and dislikes?
I like everything as I am a very happy-go-lucky guy. The only thing that irritates me is smoking.

What is the one thing you are crazy about?
I am crazy about fitness.

Do you follow fashion trends? What is fashion according to you?
I do follow fashion trends. I believe fashion varies from person to person. Something that you can carry off with ease, confidence and comfort is fashion.

How do you chill out?
I prefer catching up with movies.

What kind of cinema do you like to see?
I love watching comedy, action thrillers and horror movies.

What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about my work.

What are your other interests?
I love to sing. I also had a band during my college days called Thousand Decibels. If not an actor I would have been a singer.

What is that one thing about Dr. Armaan that appeals to you the most?
That he is well-educated and a Doctor whereas I just hold a degree in Hotel Management.

Which show do you enjoy the most?
I love to watch a lot of comedies. Of late its Heroes on Star World.

Do you think the saas-bahu serials have reached their prime?
It is a very individualistic thing. I too have been a part of Kasautii Zindagi Kay. There will be many people who must be relating to those shows that is why they are still on television. As an individual I relate more to Dil Mil Gaye as I am a lot like Dr. Armaan.

What is your dream role?
There is no dream role as such. I am open to everything that would come my way.

What attracted you to Shraddha Nigam? Since when are you seeing each other? How did you meet her?
Apart from the fact that she is one of the most beautiful people I have come across, Shraddha is very positive. She brings a smile on every face she meets. She is so lively and bubbly that she alleviates me even if I am sad and stressed out.

What do you both fight about?
We fight on everything that any other couple would fight on. We fight when we don't receive calls from each other or do not meet up on the decided time.

What do you guys love to do together?
We love to hang out and do everything together. We do yoga, cycling and play volleyball together. We also love to play on play-station together.

Here's to the wacky Sanjeevani doctors '

Cinevistaas threw a launch party on Friday night for their show Dill Mill Gayye at Aromas of China in Mumbai. We at Tellychakkar, having already briefed you on the storyline, now present you a different tale.

We posed some interesting and wacky queries to the starcast who came up with some equally bright answers.

Finally, we spoke to Sanjeevani's real doctor Junaid Alam, who's been associated with the show from its first edition imparting medical knowledge to the actors. When asked whether he had a tough time teaching the new actors, he replied, "Not at all. We're teaching them the basic medical know-how. These kids have a knack of picking up things.

SORRY SOME OF IT DIDNT PASTE PROPERLY SO THAT WHY IS ATTACHING THE LINK!!!!
