hmmm i will jus give u guys sum muft ki legal advice ....... karan cant really sue Aajtak for defamation ...... as technically dere r lots of loopholes ( n deres where us lawyers cum into da picture ) .... aajtak never said dat karan n shraddha HAVE spilt up ....... all dey said was may dey mite have split up !!!!! language can make all da difference ....... so technicaly in da legal sense of da term dey havnt made a false or a misleading statement affecting karan or shraddha's character or reputation ( dats wast demation is ) !!!!!!

alo media pple r allowed a lot of leverage wen it cums 2 reporting stuff since dey r publishing such stuff 2 increase da awareness of da pple !!!!!

^ but even media should have some responsibilities on its side... they should not make any statement without confirming the news... even if they have legal backing on this issue, the fact remains the same that 'it did disturb the couple and their family'... who knows what problems they are facing regarding their relationship at home...
just becoz the press has the freedom of expression in constitution, does not mean they can go on intruding people's personal lives and disturb their mental peace...

for us Karan and shraddha might be just a piece of entertainment..but they are human beings too.. even they need some space... at least the channel should have had the courtesy to confirm the news from the couple before saying something... this is not the first time they are doing this right????....

watever u r saying is true but da fact remains dat no celebrity has ever managed 2 escape from all dis speculative news ..... n aaj tak as a channel is one of da worst !!!! its now been yrs dat dey have been targetting all dese celebrities 2 increase dere Trps n becasue pple sit n watch dere news channel which increases dere Trps dat dey get further encouraged !!!!

n honestly dis is jus a small matter .... in various other caes ( esp murder trials ) dese pple conduct an investigation of dere own ... play both da defense n da prosecution role n even pronounce da verdict !!!!!!

awwwwww poor sweeties....Karan shouldnt bother trying to sue though.....coz Aaj Tak didnt actually say they split they only SUGGESTED it...so theres no way he can successfully sue them, sadly 😔
