Can you unravel the mysteries of this takeover for me please? I saw somewhere, in an early post, that Chintu had willed 50% of the hotel shares to Happy. What about those?

As for the Bhatias' black money investments , they must have been benami, in the names of Grover (where on earth is he these days?) and RV. The Bhatias can't claim a legal right to benami investmens. It is all based on unwritten understandings. So how could they sell their investments in the hotel to Shaan?

Not that anyone cares about such matters in this RoHa-obsessed group. Shaan overacts non-stop, but no one minds. How true it is that people see only what they want to see!
