Watched a few scenes in passing & some promos too. Really? This guy Rocky is a ML? Which self respecting girl or a trp mom with a daughter or son would watch this shit? Disgusting!

Well, I would say this is reality. All those guys in soaps are such women respecting sargun sampann heera but the reality is most guys are douche. So I am kinda happy to see this badtameez nasty Rocky Khosla. And I really hope he doesn't turn soft like all the other ML.

I discovered the show yesterday and watched all the episodes last night. I don't like Rocky at all but Chintu is a gem and Happy would be lucky to have him as a husband.

I can't imagine Happy's mother letting Happy marry Rocky but I know she likes Chintu.

Yeah may be one could look at it that way, it is true that most men are like that. Though the glorification of a douche as a hero is unnecessary, he could be just another character why a ML? I have nothing against flawed ML, no one is perfect. I love ASR & SSO & they were flawed in a big way. But this guy looks totally characterless. Ansh is doing great as Rocky. He brought some kind of freshness which these days typical MLs lack. The bad boy aura who'll do anything to harass Happy. Ansh's expressions add some kind of unique spark to the character. Rocky was written perfectly. I think you need to give the story some time. It just started it's been barely 2 weeks. We'll maybe get a backstory of Rocky as to why he's so harsh.

May be as you guys say I should wait a couple of weeks. Will keep abreast with WUs if available, if they show Happy ignoring both guys, facing new challenges by going to the city, finding a job & the makers focus on her journey towards realising her dreams without any forced marriage shit then it will be good.

The character of Rocky is a negative for now and he is any girl and her parents worst nightmare. He is an example of a spoiled bad boy and how not to raise our sons.

I don't care what his back story is but his behavior is of a person who has been spoiled and put on a pedestal by family members. He hasn't been taught how to respect women at all and his mother and Dadi encourage his bad behavior by their own bad example.

His parents have that attitude of we are boys parents which is a joke since they also have two daughters but the family lacks any humility except for Chintu. I don't know how a gem of a guy got born into that family.

Rocky loves playing with a girls reputation and respect and those type of guys need to be put in their place and not encouraged by family. Who made him the authority to break peoples marriages or ruins someone's reputation. Having a bad backstory doesn't justify actions taken at present.

I don't like the regressive attitudes shown and how women in the show are treated with disrespect. A woman doesn't have a right to a happy life because she is a widow. A woman can't work after marriage. Her purpose is only to get married and have kids? Seriously. A girls parents are expected to save all life for their daughter's wedding. We need to change this way of thinking rather than promote damsel in distress stories like this. Pulling a sister out of private school as payback for getting the other one married against her own will.

Today Chintu wasn't even in the episode and he is the only positivity from his family. Seeing the scenes with Rocky and Happy the whole time doesn't appeal to me in anyway as I find him very cheap and these type of guys are douchebags. If they had to have the character of Rocky in the story I wish they had picked Zain Imam to play the role. The so called lead is repulsive. The show seems to have more negativity than a positive storyline.

I propose Zain Imam as the new lead. If they don't change the lead they should change the title to "Dil to Unhappy hai ji"
