Okay this is totally an idea well, not exactly an idea but a theory.

Sriti Jha has allegedly said that she'll have to go depending on the way of the script [Allegedly!]

What if Jhanvi comes back as a GHOST? 😆

To scare Viraj?

It could happen. And the way that SB? has been the last few months, anything is possible.

If Sriti has left, why are they dragging on the story about Jhanvi's body? Just let her leave in peace, and if they want to resurrect Jhanvi in future, bring in another actress. Although that would defeat the purpose of adding Mala and Vinay.
