I am writing this beause it irritates me. How stupid do the CV & Channel think we are. They give some Raghvi moments and then we are suppose to buy that they are on the right track.

I have not been watching and supporting the show since the leap...I kind of had enough. I am just writing this after I heard what happened.
As a victim what you mostly wish is that God punish your abuser...because that makes you feel that you did the right thing, God is on your side and he is going to protect you... many victims wait for their abuser to get punish by God... because they need to see they were not wrong... their abuser was wrong...
The message in the show is that God forgive a abuser who tried raped... stabbed you... torture you many months also emotionally haunting you... but good people like Komal is killed... good people like siya suffer and scarred for life...
If you are a victim whatching this show and you are still in the effect of your abuser. It can be that you still are in the realtionship or you are trying to get out... but the message you are getting from them is so WRONG.
In the end I would like to say that the rating are not down because of the Raghvi track but because of the wrong message and because some of the viewers had enough of such scenes. CV and dear channel... the viwers are not buying what you are trying to sell. We are intelligent... and we do get the tricks you are playing and the ratings are the proof.
I said it before and will say it again...KV will not be able to sell the redemption track and i think his performance as a little kid... is proof... this is not to hurt fans... it is how i see it...

Wow. For once a post that I had to comment on.
I couldn't agree more. I'm not watching the show either, but someone posted on FB that V had been "redeemed" -- by God. I'm in shock. No, actually, I'm not. This is exactly what I'd expected from the channel and writers of the show.
We've been ignored all along. Our voices have been ignored. We didn't want redemption, any kind of redemption for V because it's a wrong message to present to victims. When they first decided to make this show about domestic violence and V the villain, they took on a huge responsibility -- and they've totally screwed it up.
Yeah, we all know that Raghav/Sia are bait. Which is why some of us have boycotted the show, even though -- according to updates and whatnot -- they've been showing loads of Raghav/Sia. Like you said, the viewers aren't stupid. We know that they're trying every trick in the book to redeem V and make people watch it through Raghav/Sia. Basically, they're using them as well as God to accomodate V -- again. Guess to the channel, he really is a God.
Problem is, though, he can't sell it. As far as I can tell, people are still claiming that he's faking it. Some even call him a creepy kid and compare him to The Omen 666.
Anyway, my point remains that the channel and writers have done the unthinkable -- they have presented a damaging and wrong message by redeeming the abuser of this show. I am absolutely disgusted. And according to the promo, they'll be showing that Raghav/Sia will tend to him like he's their retarded kid or something.
Brilliant message, that one. "Listen up, victims of abuse, feel sorry for your abuser. He's a redeemable guy. Just give him some shock therapy and make sure he becomes a seven year old kid. It'll erase all the times he raped you, tortured you, attempted murder -- oh, and also the time he stabbed you."
What the hell is this? I thought this show was supposed to support the victims of abuse, to be their voices, to show that an abuser is punished for his deeds -- be it by God smiting him with a lightening bolt, or the law putting him behind bars for good. But the guy hasn't even been punished by the law for more than a few months!
I've never been more disgusted with a channel and writers of a show. Truly. How they can even think of showing the abuser being served by his victims is beyond me. How they can even think that by presenting him as some "innocent" kid [read: creepy] people will simply forget what he's done and accept his redemption is beyond me.
If the guy hadn't been given shock therapy, he wouldn't have regretted a thing. If he'd been set loose in society, he would've repeated every single one of his deeds again and again. Because he is essentially a psychopath. We all got the memo a long time ago.
Again, that's nothing compared to how wrong the whole message is. They've lost the mission. For one character, they destroyed everything. Including a very important social message to hundreds of victims of abuse sitting right now at home, watching an abuser get redeemed while their husband is getting ready with the hot poker.
This is the show and the writers who swore to be the voice of victims, who swore that this was Jahnvi ki kahani, who promised us hope and promised us that V would one day be out of Jahnvi's life for good and she'd get her happy ending.
What-thefrigging-ever.

This has always been the problem with this show... They never give any positive hope to the audience!

Anyways.. I have not seen the episodes off late.. only cuaght up with Raghav scenes online. But there is no way they can show Viraj being redeemed. It will be beyond pathetic for all those victims out there!🤢
The deeds that Viraj has done ... not just with Sia... but the Singh family... can never be redeemed. If they show that after raping your wife, stabbing her (after divorcing her)... and claiming that you can be nobodies if you are not mine... after almost molesting Tashu, after treatening to kill Komal on more than one occasion, after having all the Singh ladies with ropes tied around their necks... if they say that such a man can be redeemed... then I dont know what to say to these CVs. They really need to be sacked and have nothing to do with "creative" business!!!

I have not watch episode but I hope it is not true. How can evil like Viraj can redemption track. I feel like even Uniyaal got more punishment for helping him than himself. He is still in jail he is getting punished but abuser, killer of his own unborn baby, rapist is having fun in mental asylum. Even If he has lost his memory and his brain is active like a child as a woman I will never ever sympathize with guy like Viraj who had given his wife nothing but only torture and suffering.

This channel and show earned TRP in name of domestic violence and giving completely wrong message.

Created bell bajao campaign and what they are showing now that now abuser can have redemption track. They had even called victim of abuser to talked about their torture and everything.

Such a pathetic CVs making her ex husband as her so called baby.

ummm i have not watched tonight's epi and also much of V over the past week ... but do you really feel there is a redemption track? I don't ... i happen to watch one or two scenes of V while skipping through to watch RaghavI .. specially when Raghav was chasing the killer ... there was scene where V was moving his hand on paintings ... did u notice the way he moved his hand on Sia's painting? 🤢 I don't think he has changed ... also after Raghav beats up the goon, he comes and gives him coat ... tell me which kid would come and give coat under those circumstances? wont a kid be too scared of the fight and hiding? He did that only to grab Raghav's attention and prove he is not acting. Most important of all if he has forgotten everything and turned into a kid how does he remember Raghav and Sia? Also if you look at him you still feel the creepiness, even the twinkle twinkle version they used is creepy one.He talks like older viraj only that maturity is still there, Viraj is doing a bad job at faking he has become a kid because in reality he is still the same old viraj manipulative dobriyal. Also V has OCPD, memory loss does not mean you will stop having OCPD i think, also if he has turned into a kid he will still have the disease that won't go.

I frankly don't think there is a redemption track because he is beyond redemption and what i have seen of him clearly shows he is still same. And that is the reason you see KB act that way too ... as per script i feel

Well if we are talking abt messages it has given through the show then there are many which shouldn't be followed by victims, not only from abuser point of view, even from victim's end the way they portrayed sia many times,i bet in real life no dv victim will never ever try to think of ,so this is not the first time they delivered wrong message 🥱 and reg kv will not be able to sell redemption ..how one can be sure of that ? 😕 first of all we got very less of him as kid ,past many days we didn't have proper scenes of viraj and by whatever scenes we got to see, honestly he was fabulous because it still makes me feel was this the same guy who portrayed evil onscreen before ? that itself tell's the transition and keeping aside the script, kvb still makes baby viraj worth watching as this role is something which we don't get to see normally onscreen and it would be real challenging role for the one playing it 👍🏼 by the way as u mentioned trp's in ur post , as we got less of viraj last week there might be decline in it not sure though ...

. I feel the same for the reason you said. Viraj is beyond redemption and he may be acting it again as a child to get sympathy from Singh private and then as always he will back stab them at later

But we're not talking about a bunch of messages on the sidetrack here. We're talking about the message in relation to domestic violence and the abuser who commits the crime. We're talking about what the show was founded on and how that has been corrupted and presented to victims.
KVB cannot sell redemption -- is my opinion. He's had enough chances in the past to prove it and he failed every time. Plus the character itself is beyond redemption. Just because you got shock therapy and turned into a seven year old doesn't mean you've been punished for the one billion crimes you committed in the past and suddenly amended for them all and have seen the light and yada yada yada...
It just means that the writers are trying desperately to redeem V because he was once a popular character and they want to retain him. At all costs.

Its the character that can't sell redemption because they have shown him as black if they had kept him grey it could ... but since its black its the character that is beyond redemption

Maybe. But I don't feel that the actor is capable of convincing me either. He's got his forte -- the negative character portrayal which he's done awesomely. But when it comes to showing vulnerability, he just makes the character come across as manipulative to me.
It's a matter of opinion, in the end. That's how I experience his performance.
