i feel the last post above, what phil says is correct and dot on the mark. He needs to break up, it has to be a real bad breakdown becoz the CV's painted his character so very black that a majority of people feel that V is beyond redemption.
now, what i feel here from perception as well as experience is that - (1) had it been a fight between a husband and wife only (even involving fatal injury), the probability ( i am not saying possibility) of the two getting together again can not be ruled out entirely if the person at fault repents, cries for forgiveness and entirely turns a new leaf. V has been cruel throughout, point taken, but even the most solemn guy would be enraged to see his object 'd desire in someone else's arms.
However, (2) what we have here is not point (1) but point (2) i.e. fight b/w ex husband who refuses to acknowledge his ex status, a wife who was very late in clearing
his misconception that she is not merely sulking away from him (that's what V thought) but miles away from him in heart and mind. And the third angle of a self sacrificing too good to be true boy - Raghav. so the scenario is totally changed here and the redemption tricks mentioned in point (1) are totally ruled out. why why why, again becoz -
(1) V blames Raghav or sia and not himself for the break up.
(2) Sia could / should have cleared the air long ago not once but many times over with V alone, to bring him to the point that their destinies would never cross again. Instead, she cleared his misconceptions too late, by that time R's whole family was involved and things took a violent turn.
(3) One thing i have been constantly posting on this forum ( and getting criticized left right and centre ) is that the moment Sia acknowledged Gayatri Madam as an independent force to reckon with, she could have rushed for a divorce with madam's help, to terminate totally erase V out of her life. She continued her belief of having escaped V evn after he almost reached Awasthi residence and she already heard him on the phone ...i'm coming Jaan... that should have been a clarion call instead of a phone call. Get6 up and Act girl, before the man kills/ injures u or ur family. She continued the charade, making it so tough for V to acknowledge having lost her to another man even before he found her.
No, i am not trying to shield V or in defense of V at all. i detest violence, rude behaviour and all sort of evil. i have enough brain in my head to differentiate between my love for KVB and my hate for V's violent ways. i abhor even a smirk of the face when people try to show down each other. What i am saying is that the redemption won't come cheap now... CV's have to be really really smart to pull it on without losing either of the fan following. One thing i may suggest surely... how about a change of the background score every time V is given screen space... enough of that eerie music...
