i dnt know wht da hell is wrong i am unable to insert da image sorry 4 tht

hello every one i was jxt rewatching 5th sep epi ofcoz da great revelation of Dev's death and i came across this image it was shown after dev being shot by sm goons as every scene was soo rushed that may be r may be not no one noticed this i am not sure that who it was bt i think that CV's are upto smthing give away ua opinion on this i wonder who's hand it is
