Yes...bringing him down and having him incarcerated may be the only way to force him to get treatment.
But...
His treatment is not the reason why Jhanvi, Raghav, and Dr. Rana conspired together to take him down. Dr. rana specifically said that Viraj is growing more dangerous everyday. He needs to be brought down before he becomes a threat to society at large.
His getting treatment will be an added bonus not the reasoning behind their plan.

@colored bold, when I wrote 'they,' I was referring to the CVs, not Raghav-Sia.

Anyways enough of me on this no point beating around the bush 🥱

LOL. I pretty much agree @bold. People are mostly either more interested in Raghav, Raghav-Sia or Viraj, Viraj-Jhanvi. 😆

If u think this is not viraj story then this is not raghav story as well 🥱 so how do u wish to see raghav and sia story then ? this show was always abt a girl getting out of her abused marriage, fighting wid the person who caused her pain and as the person was shown wid some mental disorder they would focus on this at some point and it does make sense ...show never promised abt jhanvi's Punarvivah stage 😆 atleast i never saw it coming in this show so i don't think they will show it in detail if at all they ever want to focus it may be brief ...cv's themselves involved OCPD factor so there might be focus on those symptoms and yes Dr Rana said his disease may not justify his actions but she even raised a point reg his treatment at the end so if she thinks he is very much normal why the hell did she talk abt his treatment ? she is supposed to talk only abt punishment right? 😕

The story is about Jhanvi/SIa. Its about her life. How she gets out of abuse marriage. How she gave her life a second chance. How she overcome her fears ect ect so raghav automatically comes here. How she gaves her life a second chance with raghav. So it is raghav sia story too. Promised? Its a common sense dear if its jhanvi story then jhanvi story covers everything na? Seems like you need to watch the promos again where Life Ok and PH said ' Jhanvi Ki Kahani '

Viraj is part of the story like other characters. he is not the whole story. its jhanvi story. its about her life. So its important to cover her journey and her journey is way more important than your viraj.

As od Dr K part. she said that we need to treat him like a criminal or else he can be proved a threat to whole society. Watch that scene again.

hope now there are no doubts left and if there are then I better prefer you to watch the show promos and learn about it story since you dont know it!

Yes, Viraj's actions were unwarranted and horrendous. That has been established since Day 1.

But I think we can all agree, although the tagline is "Jhanvi ki kahani" we know her kahani would have never happened in the first place if it weren't for Viraj. Viraj isn't some regular old negative character/villain (whatever you want to call him) that he is only brought in to create high drama. And once that drama is gone, the story can still continue.

He is very important to the story. The show started off with him and Jhanvi. If there wasn't a Viraj in Jhanvi's life, she wouldn't have had such a kahani. Her life would have been like all the other regular shows out there.

And this leap - people saying how they are doing this to accommodate Viraj and the CVs do not want to go ahead with just Raghav and Jhanvi, what is so new about that? I, and a few others, have known it from the beginning that the CVs won't leave Viraj just like that.

Like I've said, Viraj is proactive - since the beginning. Either something happens in the show because of him, or is based on him (like his past/treatment). And yes, Viraj is the protagonist. He's a villain in your POV - fine. But he's the protagonist. Jhanvi is the protagonist as well, and okay, include Raghav in there as well.

But Viraj is a protagonist. If he weren't people wouldn't be so worried about the focus his backstory and illness might get after the leap.

Common u think a show which is claimed to be focusing on DV will ever focus or depend only on love story ? 😕 if that's the case there are many ppl who enjoy viraj and jhanvi chemistry too so just because they look beautiful and good together did they concentrate on their love story ? no right ? instead they made viraj torture jhanvi and showed abuse which justifies their concept of Domestic Violence, so as a whole this show doesn't fit for chemistry talks between pairs be it for anyone viraj/jhanvi or raghav/sia ,how can ppl enjoy only romance between a Dv victim and the guy who helped her 🥱 shouldn't it be more of a understanding and support when the victim is a married girl 😕 yes she can very much accept him if she want to, in her life but always talking abt their chemistry and romance and saying this is main thing in the story really doesn't make sense 🥱

Just because actors are very talented and can create chemistry would it be fair to use it when the story doesn't even support romance between the characters at this instance ?

Ahh do I need to repeat myself again. The show is about jhanvi/sia. How she gaves her life second chance and how she overcome her fears and come out of her first marriage. how she fall in love with R. ect ect so love story comes by itself.

The show is not about DV. The show is about DV women. You forgot the women word. DV women also have right to fall in love again or does she dont??? 😆

A DV women cannot live her whole life remembering her phyco husband. she needs to move on, fall in love again and gave her life second chance.

And yeah dont compare viraj jhanvi relation with raghav sia. they are totally different. Since the story is about jhanvi/sia. So its about her struggles. Her marriage with V was a fail but just because she had one marriage as a fail does not mean she cant have a second marriage with R.

I was not talking about looks. I was also not talking about chemistry. I was talking about the inner beauty of their relationship. 😃

And yeah plzz only quote me or reply me if you have a valid point to state and yes read my replies carefully before replying me. Sorry for being rude but you need to really understand the show and its main concept. 😃

Speaking of Viraj the protagonist. @ummesulaiman, you say all villains are given such focus and screenspace.

Yet in this topic and in other topics Raghav fans themselves agree that many times the story is more about Viraj.

My point of contention isn't whose story it should be. I'm just saying from the beginning Viraj has been a protagonist. It has always been his story as well.

@Alina @Sundas @Nadz and everyone else. my angels why are you wasting your time talking with the people who cannot understand the seriousness of domestic violence and a women who goes through it. No matter how much cvs show V getting punishment or whatever they do or whatever we say. they can never understand it. Since they are too much in to viraj looks and styles. they dont understand all this so let them speak. they will shut by theirselves. We have better work to do than talking with these people.

I think she understands the show and concept just fine. Just because her understanding varies from yours doesn't mean has failed to comprehend the show and the concept. 😃

I ask How? Viraj is just a part of J journey, not her whole journey. its been J/S story. And if for the sake of V. her story gets ignore then sorry the cvs should say this viraj ki kahani not jhanvi ki kahani.
