Don't have much to say about tonight's episode. It was okay. Without procrastinating...
>> Pros:
1) RaYatri interaction ["your smile is beautiful" and "I can't marry her"]
Beautiful scenes as per usual between Gayatri-Raghav. Loved how it shattered Raghav's resolve to see his mother happy and know that he was about to ruin it for her.
Best line: "You look beautiful when you smile."
Loved how Raghav told her that and made a run for it before his emotions bubbled over.
Their second scene made me fear for a moment that they'd have a fight again. Obviously, Raghav was distressed. He was struggling with his emotions while also determined to tell the truth and free Jahnvi of her worries. Thus he did was what right. He dealt with his pain in his own way -- turning it into anger and directing it at his mother.
She was left stunned in the wake of his outburst. But I hope she'll realize that something's very wrong and talk to him, investigate, something. Last thing he needs is to be scolded.
2) Jahnvi tries to tell Komal the truth
I liked her for her honest attempt. Both Komal and Tanisha kept interrupting her, but I still appreciated Jahnvi's genuine attempt.
3) The Walk
I found Raghav and Jahnvi's walk down the stairs symbolic somehow. My interpretation? There was distance between them, both half-supported themselves on the banister, but I still found it interesting how they went down the stairs together, in synch, and in the same direction.
4) V's stick hath returneth
I kind of missed it -- a lot. His villainous appearance looks incomplete without it.
5) Jahnvi kicks V out of her room, but Jahnvi style
Epic. The silent way in which she held the door open clearly screamed "get the hell out!" I liked it. What I liked even more was V's reaction to it. He couldn't believe that Jahnvi had just kicked him out of her room.
Hm. Looks like he filed it away in his sharp memory for later punishment. I have a feeling that once she ends up back with him in Manali, he'll do her hisaab. Violently.
6) That Tune of Hope
I love that female theme that they play sometimes. During the stair scene, for instance. I really like it. It's sweet and powerful, and it reminds me of Sunaina/Chandan's tune from Sriti's first show Jiya Jale.
7) Jahnvi's new hair style
Is that a hint? Because it's halfway how it used to be when she was Jahnvi. Hmm...
>> Cons:
1) Komal's falling for V's seduction
Why? Why couldn't they -- for once -- show an intelligent woman who wouldn't be misled by his charming ways? I mean, please. I know that the man's suave and all, but there's a limit as to how many women a man like V can seduce. There must be some type of she-human out there who wouldn't fall for his advancing behavior.
2) Cut Cut Cut -- oh, and Skip
Um, again with the funny cutting and skipping. Raghav went to check on Krish and SKIP! He was suddenly in Gayatri's room instead. V was in the hallway and CUT! He was, all of a sudden, at Shekhawat's.
3) Jahnvi writes a letter [are you for real?]
Okay, Jahnvi is an old-fashioned girl. But a letter? Why can't she tell him V is her husband to his face? She can live in the same house as the man who beat and raped her, but she can't tell the man who saved her that she's married? Doesn't make much sense to me.
4) Shekhawat-V BFFs 4-ever
I like Shekhawat. But we really don't need another villain on the show. I mean, I feel like V is enough darkness on the show as it is. He's a heavy character. Shekhawat isn't needed. Plus, the screenspace that they use on Shekhawat's antics, they could use that on Jahnvi and her character development -- she seriously needs it.
In addition to that, I cannot believe that V didn't react on Shekhawat grabbing him in a half hug. This is the same V who wouldn't even allow Unniyal to lay his hand on his shoulder?
Out of character.
5) No actual character development
None. Zilch. Nada. Nul. Zero. Ingen. I need character development. I need depth. And the only depth I'm getting right now is from RaYatri and KriGhav [when they bother to show them].
6) Krish and Sundar AWOL
Humari maange puuri karo. Krish aur Sundar ko wapas lao!
Sigh. Krish had become an integral part of the show and yet he's nowhere to be found aur Sundar is backstabbing his best friend.
Great. Bring on more twists and turns. I'm lovin' it.

EDIT/SPECULATION: I have a strong feeling that V is going to frame Jahnvi in the whole property/wealth scheme against Gayatri. What if he takes it all and then tells them that he and Jahnvi were in on it together? That she was planted in their house to deceive them -- they won't believe her if she denies it as she is V's wife [legally] and they'll think that she's lied to them all this time, so why not?
