Please, please, refrain from bashing/provoking actors/characters or each other for that matter. Play nice. Thank you.
------
Granny Got Game. I admit it. When she slapped Raghav in her first scene on the show, I admit that my fingers itched to wrap themselves around her neck and squeeze. Okay, I'm exaggerating a bit. Kind of. Ahem.
But damn. I got a whole new kind of respect for her tonight. She was fierce. I loved it. When she marched over and slapped the cop, reprimanded him in that hard voice, demanded the search warrant, called the commissioner and told him about the scene, and then when she told the cop to put the ashram back together in five minutes -- I was like omigodiloveher. In her, I saw a kind of fearlessness, the kind I saw in Raghav as well. It was awesome.
The best part was Viraj's disbelieving expression. He actually couldn't believe that a woman had more power than him -- enough to control a situation that he had set into motion. Check and mate, Viraj. You're not dealing with a short, annoying elderly like Jahnvi's Dadi. No, not this time. This time, you're dealing with a powerful, fearless elderly who won't trip and fall if you poke her with your finger.
This Granny's got game.
I actually saw her as a female version of Viraj's power side. Well, of course, she's a more just and good version of him, but it's power aspect that I'm talking about. Plus, I'm actually relieved that Raghav isn't from a poor background. This makes him safer somehow, even though the woman obviously wants nothing to do with him.
Speaking of Raghav and Granny...
Omigod, their chemistry is on fire. Not in the romantic way. Please, ew. I mean, it's on fire in the "Tension Tension, Major Explosion Alert" kind of way. There's so much tension and intensity between them [I think that they're mother and son] and it's so frigging intriguing, I wanted their scenes to go on forever. Whatever happened, I can tell that these characters are deep and their shared past is deep and substantial and I'm going to love it. Already do love it.
Whenever Granny said something, Raghav got emotional. Either he got upset, angry, or hurt. The amount of emotional power that she has over him blew me away and made me wonder about them. Awesome chemistry, I tell ya. In just two scenes together, these two have established an entire relationship, mood, and past that you can just feel.
It's intense. I love it.
*breathes*
Okay, I just needed to share this. I'm dead curious about Raghav's past. I seriously don't get why the writers try to create typical suspense as in typical dramas when they are so awesome at creating suspense through characters -- through character development like in tonight's episode.
The only thing that bugged me was how Komal easily said that she wished Krish could be with Sia. I mean, isn't she Krish's mother? Shouldn't she be just a little bit worried/jealous that her son has become emotionally attached to a stranger? Plus, the actress doesn't convince me with her acting... maybe that's it. I don't know. Something's off about Komal.
Me want more Granny-Raghav is what this post is supposed to underline. I really hope that we will get to see more of their interaction and chemistry in the upcoming episodes.
Now as for tomorrow's episode... I don't think that Granny will deny Krish to meet Sia. In fact, I think she'll surprise us all by suggesting that Sia moves out of the ashram and into their home or near their home or something. I dunno. It was the way that Granny observed Sia and Krish... like she saw the bond between them and saw potential for Krish to get better... She does love Krish a lot... The actress manages to give the perfect balance between a cold face, hard voice, and genuine care.
Beautiful!

Elysia...you took the words right out of my mouth. 🤗
If I was disappointed yesterday...that the women of the Ashram didn't show Viraj the backside of their sandals...I am grinning like a cheshire cat today because of this new Granny!!
Loved this lady today!! If I'm correct in assuming she's Raghav's mom...I must say he definitely inherited her genes...one tough cookie, I tell you! 😃
Loved how she handled the police...no wonder Raghav doesn't fear the police either.
Loved to see Viraj's plans fall apart like a house of cards...all because of Naari Shakti...Yay!!
But now I'm a bit confused about Raghav's family...
Dr. Komal referred to Granny as Krish's Dadi...so then what does that make Dr. komal? Her Bahu? So if Raghav is Granny's son then is Dr. Komal Raghav's Bhabi or...maybe ex-wife...😲 😲
Raghav was remembering Sia and Krish together and saying kash...as if...he wished he would have her on his side so that he could take better care of Krish...but why would that be so important to him if Krish was just his nephew...something is definitely fishy here.
Anyway getting back to topic...so glad...to see Granny in action today...I always secretly wished Raghav came from a rich and powerful background...today that seems possible. Can't wait for the CVs to reveal more.
Go Granny!!

Well...d indirect conversation showed that they hav a very strong & emotional bond...Be it love ...or any other damn feeling...D way raghav's face contorted wid sadness...it clearly showed sum attachment of raghav towards dat woman...Well...as for wat relation they hav...I am not sure...coz...a mother admonishing a son...is very rare...& if it is a son mother relationship.I expect d CVs 2 hav a quite strong reason for such disturbance...Between them ...& d way...d channel head...gives reasoning...I cant really trust them 2 keep such instances without major errors🤢🤢...Well...aBT SIA...& d grandma...its very expected dat d CVs will make sia stay near or in her house...after such dialogues...it is sumwat a very common turn for all CVs😆😆😆(Experience of watching such emotional serials:EXPECTED😉)

I know, hun. It's an awesome feeling
I doubt that Komal is his ex-wife because he called her "Di" and he wouldn't have called his ex-wife "Di" unless the writers made a mistake or changed her character. I think that Komal is either his sister or his brother's wife. Either way, Krish must be his nephew.

You know I heard him say Di too...but it was so understated..that I thought perhaps I misheard.
But you are right...Sundar said it was the first time Raghav is falling in love...so Dr. Komal is either his sister or Bhabi.
@9staroneserials: I'm not surprised at the admonishment Granny gives to Raghav. She apparently blames Raghav for something that happened to Krish...that may be the reason for his inability to speak...the same reason Raghav is so attached and overprotective of Krish...Dr. Komal touched on that today too. I'm dying to know about all of the skeleton's in this family's closet...😕

Yeah, my fear is only that the writers make some error as they've done so many times with Jahnvi's character :/
