she did how others asked to do. If it is Dr. K or Geeta.
She ran out of house by the help of Geeta.
Now she is faking her death and leaving the city on Dr. K's plan without clarity about her future.

Jhanvi is a doll in everyones hand whether its Viraj, Geeta or Dr. K. Difference is she did without fear when its for Geeta or Dr. K but she did for Viraj with fear. both don't have any difference. Its Jhanvi's nature because she don't have any aim in her life.
