Why no single advertisement shown in Life Ok?I mean without sponsors how can a channel survive.I am very surprised to see that there is not even any single break during Dil Si Di Dua.Is everything OK?

btw ...its a new channel so they will have less sponsors..

Isn't Life OK a Star TV channel like Star Plus and Star Utsav and Star News? They can afford to run a channel without sponsering. Star must have sooo much money. Star Plus is the No. 1 channel. It must have enough sponsers to fund both channels.

It just might be a good marketing strategy.

I mean sure, they may have fewer sponsors now. But one of their selling points would be that there are fewer ads, which means less clutter and more chance of the viewers actually seeing or paying attention to the ads.

There are other channels who employ this method. I remember this being the case with some Indian channels back in my childhood days. Ads would come in between shows. Plus in the West, public broadcasting channels do it in a similar fashion. Some cable channels as well. Sure they get other funding...

But for Life Ok? Why not test this strategy out?
