Part 1
Anant gives his credit card to Roshni and asks to keep him posted on his Dubai number and gives his Mumbai cell to her. Roshni says she will update him about her purchases. Anant apologizes to her for not being able to take her anywhere to visit. He says they will have dinner after the meeting. Ahana recalls Rehaans words of encouragement. She calls on Anants cell but Roshni picks up. Roshni lies to Ahana about their shopping expeditions and site tours. Ahana says great. She asks for giving the cell to Anant. Roshni fake calls out to Anant and tells Ahana that Anant is in the bathroom and will call later. Roshni resolves to separate Ahana from Anant. Ahana feels let down that Anant is drifting away from her so far that even her love cant reach him. She is in tears.
Rehaan and Ahana are at the dining room. Rehaan asks her to take out her anger on him and not on the food. He says she will break the chefs heart with her anger. Right then there is an announcement of a couple contest wherein the winning couple will get a necklace. Rehaan offers to get the necklace for her. Ahana requests him not to participate but he takes it as a challenge. He takes the guitar and says here with a beautiful girl. Ahana feels embarrassed. Rehaan says we are not a couple but its a beginning of a beautiful friendship so to commemorate that i am going to sing. He sings on 'Humari Adhuri Kahani'. Ahana recalls all the bitter experiences with Anant. Ahana gets up with a start and runs away. Rehaan realizes and runs after her. Ahana goes in her room. Rehaan knocks at the door and calls out to her. Ahana finds the bottle of sleeping pills but its empty. She notices a fruit knife and is about to slit her hand when Rehaan breaks into the room and throws the knife away. He keeps asks Ahana what is she doing? Ahana says i have no reason to live. Rehaan asks her what is the matter with her. What happened. Ahana is distraught when Rehaan pulls her close and kisses her.
Part 2
Ahana runs outside and is aghast about her action. Her inner self taunts her saying what will she do now? What will she tell everyone, Anant? Ahana says din want to do this, it just happened. Ahana's inner self taunts her asking what will she tell Laila? She used to taunt Laila but now she has become Laila. Ahana says i din cheat Anant. I am not Laila. Ahana says you cheated Anant with the man, whom Anant... Ahana says am not mom. Ahana's inner self says, you enjoyed the small mistake you made with Rehaan. Laila had said that your and Anants marriage will not work and look what happened. Ahana reiterates am not like mom. Her inner self disappears.
Rehaan recalls the kiss sitting in his room. He falls asleep thinking about it. He finds a note under the door of his room. Its from Ahana that reads 'Dont try to find me. I am going back home'.
Part 3
Ahana is in a cab on the way home and recollects moments spent with Rehaan and the kiss. She sees an ambulance and rushes inside. She sees Saloni and is shocked to see Laila. Ahana reaches out to Laila. Anant is present and asks if she is happy to see Laila there? Ahana smiles. Anant says Laila is with us. He tells Ahana that people want to spend their life with those who are family. Laila will be staying with us from henceforth. Ahana is pleasantly surprised. Anant asks about Rehaan. Ahana says rushed back. Anant says must be asleep. Anant asks Ahana if she is happy. He hugs her. Ahana recollects the kiss and is in dilemma. Rehaan arrives and is shocked to see the two of them hugging. Laila notices.
Precap --- Rehaan apologizes to Ahana for what happened. Ahana says i should have died but you snatched my opportunity to die. Dont say sorry coz i am not sorry. Rehaan stares at her.
