My inference from all this is
" She wants to create rift between father n son
" she wants to make Ritwik continue feeling that he is useless and that Palak is the bread winner.
" she thinks Palak is as ambitious as herself and when time comes will choose a career n better lyf Over her loser husband just like she herself did. That's why she is ensuring that Ricky remains a loser and has constant ego trips
" she wants Palak to leave Ritwik at some exactly the way Geeta left VP
" she wants to then come to Ritwik n say see what I did all those years was absolutely normal and all women need a man who can take care of their needs..Its absurd that u r hating me for doing something that is absolutely normal. So rethink and rewire your emotions around me.
I think this is what her intention is ...What say??
I hav a feeling from day 1 that she is not positive. I just hope that Ricky n Palak don't fall into her trap.

Poor Ritwik! His parents are making his life miserable, dad is hell bent on proving Palak is wrong and getting him back home.. mom suddenly enters his life after all these years and messing things..I find him coping up with situations in such a positive way when compared to all the drama happening around him..

I have a slightly different view. The makers are trying to confuse us by giving us an impression that Gita is here to break the relationship of Ritwik and Palak. But in my opinion she is not here to do that. She is not the one who is creating a rift between the father and son. It is Rishab who is doing it and we saw it yesterday too that even Taari is not completely aware about Rishab's intentions. From where I see, she actually made Palak see the truth and the real face of Rishab. She knows the girl is smart enough to connect one with two. We have mostly seen that our predictions don't exactly work with this show and hence I'm being hopeful that the outcome of this Big Daddy track is also going to be positive. Obviously we are going to witness tons of misunderstanding and fights between the couple but they are not going to break apart / separate for sure! They are going to sail through this and come out of it as a strong couple.

What if this is all Mamta's plans and she is the actual villain and Geeta is trying to save the family? Just a thought haha

Geetha is Grey .. she wants to prove a point to Ricky .. Always she says be practical don't believe in Luv etc .. she wants to justify her actions to Ricky hence all this ..

But i believe she genuinely likes Palak in her own ways , she has been keeping a tab about her from when she has joined Noons company , remember Vikrant said to Palak Mom said "u r the one'

i also believe she is buying shares of Noon Pharmacy in the Back end in Ricky's name .. that is why she is saying the right time is not yet come😉

the buying share part is interesting. I guess she is going to use it as a bait to Palak later. Like, " leave Ritwik aur mein uski life bana dungi . And if that is the case, Palak will bite since she would be so depressed after seeing Ricky's frustration at being jobless and obviously Rishu bhaiyya will make sure that the whole world taunts him regarding that. Cue: the scene where she says to Setu that ki mujhe nahi lagta hai ki mujhe kabhi kisise eisa pyar hoga ki uski life ban jaye is liye usi ko chod kar Chali gayi.

typical EKTA style... if that happens, that will be the endof my journey with the show since I am not going to buy it this time...Manta is too precious a character to be sacrificed at Ekta ma's altar. For me, The thought that Mamta had been negative all this while is as bad as Ricky n Ananya getting married. I like Ananya a lot but can never digest if Ricky marries her or ny one else
