I have seen spoilers that Ricky will get a job in rishabh's Friend company but will leave immediately as they will badmouth about palak and vikrant affair

Archaic pharm were looking to collaborate with Noons on some drug launch but because of palak they have cancelled the deal

Now that we know real mommy is stalking sonny and daddy all the time
She should hire Ricky from the company

So that he can help in launching the products
He already knows how Noon function

Archaic is new in Indian markets
But Ricky knows

It will help big daddy keep her Son close to her

The family doubts palak vikrant

She was hurt because vp threatened Ricky that palak will do a Geeta on him
If she's positive then she will try to bring Ricky in her fold

Giving job to palak and not Ricky will only create insecurity between the two

See if she employs him and makes him do competing work for noon

She is trying to reach Ricky through Palak. She kept track of him all the while from a distance.

She knows Ricky is the marketing brain of the company and after saying no to the Noons she will hire Ricky independently to get the launch done. Then slowly she will unveil herself to him when she is very sick. She will have her Ricky and Vicky by her side and won't be surprised if PaRit move in with her.
