May be she saved somebody life in Vikrant's Family on her way to some interview.. & Vikrant got highly impressed by her & gave her a Job in his company

No dear she is a Pharmacy Graduate from AIIMs , She got admission in 12th straight to pharma as mentioned by her in to Subramanium in office, from the start serial it self Cv have maintained it .. the nurse was not allowing her to do any work on the patient saying you are not a doctor " the real doctors who work on patients" ..

so there are 2 options

1)Either she is a highly exceptional knowledgeable person who has done her PHD , coz no clinical Pharmacy testing person get Dr. title..

or

2) She did Medical & then she did Pharma .. which seems weird then her age has to be somewhere in 29-30 to finish the studies ..

Hmm so i took the 1st option .. makes me happy to thing that our heroine is one of the kind ..

Anyways she is OUR DR.. 👏

She is a doctor who chose to do clinical research. She is not a pharmacologist. The reason she was not allowed to treat is because it was not her specialty. Her focus was always Clinical Research and this is why there has always been a confusion in understanding her profession. I personally have friends at Northwestern who match her profile... they end up becoming more of a scientist than a physician

Even the dialogue writers used to get confused sometimes in the initial days and used to interchange between doctor and pharmacist till they corrected themselves and since then have always called her a doctor.

Also, Phd takes minimum 5-7 years and there is no reference of a Phd

There is another friend of mine who had completed her MBBS from AFMC - but she had to practice medicine for a few years in army hospitals because they need to sign a bond (AFMC had that rule)... but then she went to join research and she is now in Massachusetts general hospital working on cancer. She never worked as a physician once her bond was completed

I agree that she is MBBS. She was checking patients in medical camps. I dont thin PhD in pharmacy allows you to attend patients.
