It's fine and if ritwik-ananya wedding was gonna happen it had to come from ritwik. Everyone wants them to get married but they r not kind of parents who will force their kids to get married. They love ricky so it had to come from him only..

He might hav got to know that Ananya loves him since childhood. Reeva VP everyone loves Ananya and poor guy thinks our palku broke his trust so he is doing all this. Remember Ananya is his friend and he knows she won't be happy if he says just sake of his family so he has to do this and propose her. Also he is not in love with palak yet so it's fine.
