Om's behavior isn't right, but one thing everyone is conveniently forgetting is that Om didn't con Gauri, she conned him. Majboori or not, she did it, and I am not saying she did it for selfish reasons. But whatever the reason, she did do it. So how is Om suppose to think highly of her?

This is the same Om that put his life at risk to save his servant / friend ChulBul, only to find out CB is Gauri and her whole act as Thakurain was also just a front. She said it was to save Bua Ma, but where was she? Gauri was not able to prove that Bua Ma had been kidnapped due to Kaali's cunning trick. But that moment, Om actually listened to her, until the Bua Ma thing turned out to be fake. (at least that is how it looked). Then he totally turned his back on her and walked away. Kaali Thakur had come after him and his family because Om had helped Gauri, NO other reason. So when Om realised that Gauri had been tricking him all this time he walked away from her.
Yes he came back to make a deal with her to get Svet out. But that was a deal done upfront. He told Gauri to think of it as a favour to him, because he had once done a favour to her. It's not like he was holding someone at gunpoint and forcing Gauri. That is what a deal means!
I am ALL for taking the woman's side and I DO when it is the man who is totally at fault. When Om's Big brother forced Annika to marry him and then acted like it was her idea to get married to him, I dissed him. He deserved it. He did it to save his and his family pride. That is his obsession, but not Annika's fault. But I dont think there is anything wrong with him caring about Naam and Khandan. That is HIM. I am not saying he is right. But at least he is honest about it. That is important to him. Doesnt make him a bad person. But him forcing Annika was wrong.
Here Om is wrong for not giving Gauri a chance. But I dont think in his shoes we cant expect him to come around that easily. Try being betrayed and see if you like it. Just because Om is a "Man" and he shouts at Gauri doesnt mean now Gauri is a Bechari and he is totally a villain. He has his reasons for behaving as he does, just like she had her reasons for doing what she did. Om is not a Dhood Ka dhula and Neither is Gauri a Bechari Victim. They are both wrong in different ways.
