He is not her son lol Even in today epi she said when (I forgot name) left Omkara bangaya mera sahara. So seems like her son or grandson died (Bcz Sushmita ma'm said she have painfull past) and she raised Om as her own son/grandson and bcz of this trauma she obsessed with Om she dont want lose him and want share him with anyone.
