I loved today's episode. Some of the highlights were the meeting between Gauri and Shivaay. That was so good... SHivaay behaving the way he does w.r.t. chulbul, not letting him come closer... that was really well done by Gauri n Shivaay.
The other was the convo between mom and son i.e. Jhanvi and Om. Love the snippets or the convos these two are having. Truly Om has come a long way to becoming the wall for his mother, instead of relying on Shivaay or taking the help of drugs to overcome his pain. He is facing the issues head on and has grown, in character. Seeing Svet and his dad has done him irreparable harm but he is now dealing with it.
Trying to force or make Tej see that his mother is to be cherished and valued, that will come much much later. Right now Tej is blind to all else but Svet (if she is really her or some naagin... of god knows what), his lust for the much younger woman overriding his sensibilities.
The Tejlana scene y'day was well done as are the scenes between OmLana. She is playing both father and son, pitting them against the other for her own nefarious ends. No wonder Svet keeps threatening Om that if he does not deliver then she will move to her next target Tej, who will welcome her back with open arms. The control she exerts over Tej is astounding who is willing to throw away all, including his family for her.
The scene between Jhanvi and Chulbul was again sweet. Hope they show more bonding between these two. Gauri has become the wall for Om, she is seeing his family dynamics first hand and getting to know the dysfunctional family. The roles they played in shaping the Om she married or mock married.
Shrenu is playing the chiraiya and the chirota with aplomb, switching between the two easily. Her naivet and pure heart is shining through the portrayal. Her smile when Om called her Sweet, y'day and today was too cute. A new dimension to her side, all seriousness, faith and fun nature coming out. I was ROFL when Shivaay looked at Chulbul and found nothing special in him to have caught the attention of Om. Missed Om when Rudy/Shivaay were in the kitchen. Well, never mind... waiting for the time when all the 3 bros are back.. and Om being teased over Chulbul by RuShiv.
Am sure Shivaay is going to sing a different song when he sees Gauri in her full glorious female avatar. Going to commend his bro on having chosen someone like her, beauty with brains.
For now am enjoying the antics of Shrenu playing Chulbul. Now with the entry of the Canadian choti dadi... more space eaten by the other characters. Hopefully the mysterious happenings of Svet will die down and she will be exposed.
