Ishqbaaz and dbo are not running parallelly

I was wondering how the cvs were going to handle ishqbaaz and dil bole oberoi as one. I was very excited to see that but now when I saw that the tracks are not going parallel to each other I was disappointed because anika is shown to be back into her senses from the memory loss having a very anika like convo.

So when the scene of om back in mumbai will be shot are they going to have an entry of gauri in ishqbaaz ? When they have to show the obro moment are they going to show it on ishqbaaz or bdo. Are we ever going to get scenes of the 3 lead pairs togeather?
