Kali Thakur is married and the name of his wife is Jahnavi (which is also the name of Om's mom whom he loves the most- Now I think even more than he loves ShivRu), as we all know that Kali Thakur is interested in Gauri and wants to marry/keep her so Gauri is all set to become the "Other Woman" in Kali-Jahnavi life, although she is innocent and Kali is forcing her

We are therefore considering that probably Om will meet Jahnavi and get connected to her as she shares her name with his mom, he would then come to know about Kali and Gauri angle and would me reminded of TeViLana angle thinking that Kali and Gauri are TejLana in this Jahnavi's life and would therefore start hating her.

This hatred wouldn't be useless but will have some reason behind it so it could be a good storyline

I even added another angle to it that maybe that Gauri will somewhat get to know that Swetlana is Om's fiancee whom he always insults, so she would consider him a MCP and will start hating him

Basically the hatred would be due to some reason and not just because you can not stand the other person not giving two hoots to you
