TOI: Alka to attempt suicide

The newly wed Alka, from Dhoondh Legi Manzil Humein on STAR One, is completely in shock after receiving news of her husband Chander's death, and is refusing to believe that he is no more.

Alka has been behaving strangely of late, and we now hear that she will attempt suicide by setting her room on fire, in the upcoming episodes.

A STAR One.in source reveals, "Alka is completely distressed after hearing about Chander's death. She is now behaving crazily, unable to accept that she is now a widow. In the upcoming episodes, she will hallucinate that Chander has returned and that she is spending some romantic moments with him. After that, Alka will suddenly set the room on fire and get trapped in it."

Alka aka Sara Khan vehemently says, "Everyone is saying that Chander is no more, but I refuse to believe it. I believe that Chander is alive, but isn't coming forth, and that's worrying me. I visited his house with food for him, but he did not come. I waited for him the whole day. I wonder why he is behaving so badly, so strangely. He was not like this before."

A worried Abhishek aka Deepak Wadhwa states, "Alka is shocked, and is behaving crazily. Now that she is in this state, the rest of the family has to take control of the situation. We are worried about Alka. We are trying to look after her and make sure that she does not harm herself. Of course, I am worried about Chander too, and hope that the news of his death is untrue. Chander was, and always will be, my close friend. I agree that I was upset with him, but I can never wish that anything so bad to happen to him."

Aarti claims, "I am sure that Chander has been killed, but I announced that he is alive just because I did not want any controversy surrounding the inauguration of the factory, as it was Chander's dream to see Kishengarh progressing. I feel that NNT is responsible for Chander's death, and I will do everything I can to expose the truth."
