Alka's dilema - indya.com

Last week, in STAR One's Dhoondh Legi Manzil Humein, we saw Ramesh and Indu's murder creating an uproar in Alka's life, upsetting Ralph's plan to whisk her away to the US.

Now Alka is knee deep in dilemmas. While she was going to take a stand about her relationship with Ralph, this week we learnt that she has decided to stay backand will fight for justice for Ramesh and Indu's murder, in spite of Savitri wanting her to go to the US with Ralph. Meanwhile, Chander has been kidnapped by the cops,and Ralph has left for the US, disgusted with the goings-on in Alka's life and her preoccupation with the people inIndia.

Ralph explained his stance, "I am at my wit's end. I don't understand why Alka is behaving strangely, especially when I am in India to be with her. Why are these other people,including Chander, more important than me? I know neither am I wrong nor is Alka, but she finds herself stuck in various circumstances. I am simply jealous of Chander, who is always around Alka."

Alka too isn't able to get a handle on things. We caught up with Alka, played by Sara Khan, who expressed her anguish, "I am very confused about the happenings– the double murders and the fact that my brother Abhishek and my father aren't taking the case seriously. Ralph too didn't understand my perspective, and misunderstood my feelings and emotions. He dreams of settling down and having a family, and while I too want that, I can't let such a serious matter of murdersslide by either. I have to get justice for Indu and Ramesh. I have decided to find the killers and put them behind bars.Only then will I go to the US to be with Ralph. Though Ralph has left me, and Iam truly shocked, I haven't broken up with him."

Though Alka was astounded that Ralph could leave her at this point in time, when she needed his love and support, she isalso confident of winning him back. In the upcoming episodes, while the majordrama will focus on Indu and Ramesh's case, Alka's struggle for justice, and getting Chander released, she will continueto love Ralph and believe that she can convince him to be with her again.Chander and Alka will be frustrated on meeting a dead endevery time they find a clue.
