Okay, Sheils pop history lesson.

'Don't Speak' is about her break up with Tony Kanal from the band. That whole album is her angry songs. They dated for a long time, I think seven or nine years, and he broke up with her. 'Don't Speak' was the most popular one cause it was more heartbreak type.

Her 'Cool' is said to be probably loosely about their relationship. The other girl who appears in the video is (or was, don't know if they're still together) Tony Kanal's gf.

And yeah her early days were her Bindi days. Mid 2000s were Harajuku girls' phase. 😆

Well thanks for that!! I just learnt a lt about Gwen Stefani's history 😆 I dint know she was there during the year 2000, i heard her songs wen she was in her Harajuku girls' phase, as u say 😆
