I don't think so. Because all that's been told is Mohan doesn't love her. She may have taken that to mean there wasn't anything else. But then came the next morning, where she saw them in a close manner. She may have thought so before, but the reason she didn't like that closeness is because implies they are/have/do. Whatever.
I said this before, the reason Saroj was worried is because Men aren't always emotionally detached, or they don't remain emotionally detached.
Then there are the other instances post leap where we see Mohan either stick up for Kastur, or go to her.
In short, i don't think Saroj knows this for sure. She may have suspected but she saw things that wouldn't necessarily verify her suspicions.
The most messed up thing of all this is how I'm talking about whether or not the mother knows, and what she knows. 😲
