Though another thing. Despite their showing Mohan not smoking (though I'll just believe he does, we just don't see it) and despite the lack of development and our missing out a lot on MohUr - one thing this show does correct is balance Mohan, for the most part.
He accepted Kastur as his wife (though not in all ways) right when he agreed to marry her. He doesn't treat her worse than a dog, and slowly gets accustomed to her and even changes/mellows a bit when it come to dealing with her.
All that is needed, because or else there's no way in hell I would be rooting for them as a couple. I have no need to see the men treat the women like utter crap completely and have it passed off as romance, waiting for the woman to change the man. It's one thing if it's his outside behaviour, it's another thing if it his behaviour to the woman herself.
