It's difficult to decipher what exactly the signature says (which is good, the way a signature should be). Mohan's sig with Baapji was obviously his name, and not his normal sig.
And one way to gauge the quality of a serial--is if the documents that play a part in the story actually look somewhat real.
I've seen a court subpeaona actually be a page from the serial's script, randome mixing up of letter of appointments and contracts, etc etc.
In this case, they were careful to only show parts of the documents, and the parts they did show, what's written actually looked legit, and matched whatever the document was supposed to be.
