Abt Opening new threads/Merging/Chatting

🤗Hello one and all 🤗

Come Night time India , Evening UK time or Morning-noon US time... this section becomes abuzz with flurry, new threads, posts and replies..

Lot of activity has sprung back into the section (Especially ever since Sagars decided that the Dharam faansi track was not going down very well with the audience and they realized that a forgotten-Gurukul track might be more enjoyable 😉)

However sadly what is happening is that this amount of enthusiasm is leading to numerous members opening same/similar topics on the episodes..

If someone had already started a topic about say for e.g. "Shera's curly locks" and someone else about "Shera's new hairstyle" then that would amount to two similar topics within the first two three pages

This would

1) Make the section look messy and chaotic

2) Amount to fewer replies in every thread as members dont know where or whom to reply to

3) Push other different debate/discussion topics to the pages behind giving them a poor response too

Now we dont want that, do we? We would like to have a sparkling clean yet enviously active DV section 😉 so such topics would have to be merged...

MERGING

When two topics are merged.. by the default IF system the posts/replies start lining up one behind the other in the (time) order according to which they posted...

say if a member x posted first in one thread, then another member h posted in another thread and then d posted (timewise)... the posts and replies will automatically get lined up according to x-then-h-then-d...and there is absolutely nothing the development team can do to change the order..

If members would like, the topic heading could be changed to a common topic header e.g. "Shera's hair in today's episode - discuss here"

and then everyone can continue discussing there

Hence, in order to avoid all this trouble and dejection, the development team requests you sincerely to 😒 please please please please please please please please please please please please please take a few moments to read the first three pages of the section before starting a new topic (when a similar one already exists)

RT/VIKY/MUGS CHATTING

Plenty of chatting has also been evident (needless to say which handsome dude seems to attract all those tantalizing chatty replies and posts😉) par that sadly would again go against IF rules... hence

if you would have anything to post about say an actor's physical traits/looks and personal matters like say haristyle, conditioner, pimples, exam results etc please do so in their respective Fan waala thread 😆

PERSONAL CHATTING

In order for the members to have a lovely time with their friends here.. and not miss the general chatting haven they have been having so far, if things are all right with everyone (Dev team + members) maybe a general chat thread can be opened which would be closed after it reaches 100 pages.. there you can talk about 😍 what movie you saw or which was the best place to have dahi papdi chaat in bombay.. 😍
