maybe she recognised him wen dharam n veer were playin a game of arrow thing n then evry1 started shoutin dharam,dharam-so maybe she heard that. 😆 😕

but u no anythin can happen in movies especially in serials n u can never take a guess y n how a particular scene happened! 😆

At first Shera did not recognize Dharam.She was looking for him everywhere. Then Veer and Dharam was playing a game of arrow and Veer was shouting Dharam,Dharam. Everybody was shouting with him.Then Shera got to recognize him.I think u missed that part.
