Sonu dear, I understand . Anyway award is certainly not the only indicator of merit . Many times the criteria for selection is highly suspect but chhodo aab! Ek actor ke liye uski popularity bahut maine rakhti hai aur Rajat ki pop ke bare mein toh kisiko koi shaque hai kya?

ha sonu, angie.. actor ki popularity bahot maine rakhti hai... n popularity aise to nahi aa jaati na?? hard work, talenet, n gud acting ye sab saath me ho tabhi popularity bhi milti hai... n itne sare log aise thode hi ki ek bachhe ke pichhe paagal ho jaaye.. ye to rajat ka kamaal hai har taraf se ki uske itne sare fans hai...

I know Angie i have no doubt in my mind our country's media is very smart if they are saying that Rajat is very popular then it is true and everyone knows rajat is a deserving and hard working actor.....award encourages person to do better and most of the time deserving person wins but it is not THE ONLY criteria....Amir Khan is a perfect example..Im glad that other actor of DV was appreciated by ITA and that actor truely deserved the award.

hmmm angie ....u r right ....chalo chodo khair....Rajat worked hard for the serial he did his kerma if he didnt get his award then its not his fault it happens....noone from the teleindustry or from outside the industry can doubt that.....its a part of life some times u get the award and some time u dont...

U always get the award U deserve sonu, but it depends on what U consider as award .Is it a an award decided by jury, viewers etc (we dont know the criteria for selection as yet) or is it the spontaneous love & admiration that one gets for ones work. These do not go unnoticed by people who matter. The director, producer, media ,viwers have all noticed & appreciated Rajats talent & popularity both. So why bother?😛

I feel the later award is more fulfilling!
